Reducing isolation through supportive connection.
Group Therapy
In 2025 the APA reported that half of Americans are lonely, feel emotionally disconnected, and left out.*
Group therapy can provide a supportive space to gain connection and insight, to help you reconnect to yourself and others.
Through my career I’ve learned that group spaces offer insights and perspectives that I may have missed in individual therapy.
My role is to offer education, tools, and clinical perspectives for members to practice in a supported group setting for use in there daily lives.
Chronic Mental Health
Individuals living with diagnosis such as Bipolar, Schizoaffective, Schizophrenia, Chronic-PTSD, Borderline Personality, among others live with a host of challenges that those without may not be able to relate to.
Shame, stigma, and the nature of chronic mental health issues often lead individuals to social isolation. Living with of these diagnosis can cause trauma that creates feelings of anxiety and depression. Group therapy can provide a space to connect with others who share similar challenges.
My job is to create an environment that is supportive and safe for growth and exploration by providing tools for group members. Through shared experiences, supportive feedback, collective goals, and mutual respect we can gain connection and support for shared challenges.
